We aim to make returns simple while balancing wholesale & dropshipping logistics.

Eligible Returns
- Damaged/Defective Items – Report within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos). We will issue a replacement, credit, or refund.
- Incorrect Items – If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days for resolution.

Process
1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) number via support.
2. Pack item in original condition and packaging.
3. Ship back using your preferred tracked carrier.
4. Once inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Exclusions
- Used, customized, or hygiene-sensitive products.
- Items returned without an RA number.
